BPO—Broker Price Opinion. ProServe performs a market analysis on the subject property and uses a market analysis to determine an ideal disposition strategy. The analysis includes an estimated sales price “as is” and estimated sales price with repairs,as well as an itemized list of recommended repairs that will bring the property to marketable conditions. All BPOs take into account the market conditions in the immediate area, condition of the home, recent sales and listings, and unique characteristics that may influence the sale of the property.
