Our Vendors

ProServe has an exceptional ability to recruit quality vendors in the most remote areas using conventional and creative strategies. We have an extensive network of loyal vendors who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. You’ll find us in markets as large as Las Vegas, Milwaukee, Phoenix or Albuquerque and as remote as Guadalupita, NM (pop. 42); Presidio, TX (pop. 2,700); Luck, WI (pop. 1,158); and Loogootee, IN (pop. 2,581). All vendors go through an application and background check process. All vendors are trained to represent ProServe and our clients with professionalism as they interact with occupants, potential buyers, neighbors, utility companies, inspectors, appraisers, and real estate agents.

Our Team

ProServe is headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., and its principals have diverse backgrounds in real estate acquisitions, rehabilitation, management and conveyance. We assign an asset manager to each vendor. Asset managers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our management team prides itself on solid communication with its vendors, clients, property occupants, and all stakeholders.
